What makes us different
We carry the staircase from A to Z.
On most projects a staircase is split between a metal fabricator, a glass supplier, a joiner and the main contractor — and the interfaces between them are where programmes slip and details fail. Interior Build takes the entire package: one survey, one set of shop drawings, one approval route, one installation team, one handover. Then we finish the lobby, ceiling, cladding and joinery around it.

The same people who review the shop drawings are on site at installation — and sign the handover.

Interface review, technical queries and the approval route agreed with the main contractor and consultant.

Samples, finish boards, mock-ups and supplier confirmation before a single component is cut.

Fabrication & Procurement
Glass, metal, timber, stone and accessories controlled to approved specification through our supplier network.

Site Installation
Sequenced execution under HSE controls, with protection of finished works throughout the programme.

Inspection & Handover
QA/QC checks, snagging close-out and client or consultant acceptance against the project quality plan.

CANTILEVERED TREADS
Floating Stone
Cantilevered marble and stone treads reading as a single suspended run, carried on a concealed structural spine with a frameless glass balustrade.
FULL-HEIGHT FEATURE
Metal Screen
Full-height decorative screens and vertical fins that enclose the stair void — non-structural metalwork fabricated to drawing and installed as a single architectural gesture.
FRAMELESS SYSTEMS
Glass Balustrade
Frameless laminated glass to stairs and balconies with a slim stainless handrail — the system delivered across Murooj Al Furjan, Alaya and 166 Townhouses.
OPEN BALUSTRADE
Warm Timber
Solid timber treads on an open riser with a tensioned balustrade, coordinated with the stair flooring and adjacent joinery so the run resolves into the room.
